Salon Cancellation, Deposit & Rebooking Policy

To ensure fair scheduling and respect for our clients and staff, we kindly ask you to review the following policies before booking your appointment:

Deposit Requirement

A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount varies by service and may range from a partial deposit to full prepayment. This amount will be credited toward your final bill at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please note:

  • Our business is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and we do not receive calls, emails, or messages during this time.

  • Appointment reminders may be sent on Sundays or Mondays, but these are automated and do not adjust our cancellation policy.

  • To avoid cancellation fees, any changes or cancellations must be made by Friday at the same appointment time for appointments scheduled on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  •  No-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or no-shows—may be subject to a fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

If your stylist is unable to fill your canceled appointment, you may be required to pay the full cost of the service, not just the deposit.

    

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Rebooking Policy

If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed entirely:

    •    A new deposit will be required to rebook.

    •    In some cases, especially following no-shows or repeat late cancellations, full prepayment of the service may be required to secure future appointments.

    •    Continued short-notice cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

We understand that life happens and emergencies can occur. Please contact us directly if an unexpected situation arises, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Payment Methods:
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks.

Long or Group Bookings:
Appointments lasting 2.5 hours or more, or bookings for 3+ people, require a credit card on file. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Refunds:

We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary modifications with the same service provider within 14 days of the completion pending management approval. Requesting a different stylist may result in additional charges depending on level and experience.

Products:

Any unopened product may be returned for full purchase price within 30 days. Open and used product may be returned for store credit at 75% of original purchase price.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Sale items 40% off or more and on all Hot Tools or Brushes.

Appointment Day:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, if you arrive excessively late, as courtesy to other clients, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged in full.

Children:

Children are not allowed to wait in the salon during any appointment. Please make arrangements prior to appointment.

Gratuities:

Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the guest.
