Policies:
First Time Bookings, Cancellations, and Missed Appointments:
New guests must hold their appointment with a debit or credit card. We’ll remind you two days before your appointment. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel. No-shows must pay for the full service. Guests with two or more same-day cancellations or no-shows will need to provide a credit card for future bookings and will be charged if they miss appointments again.
Payment Methods:
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks.
Long or Group Bookings:
Appointments lasting 2.5 hours or more, or bookings for 3+ people, require a credit card on file. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Refunds:
We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary modifications with the same service provider within 14 days of the completion pending management approval. Requesting a different stylist may result in additional charges depending on level and experience.
Products:
Any unopened product may be returned for full purchase price within 30 days. Open and used product may be returned for store credit at 75% of original purchase price.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Sale items 40% off or more, S'WELL, Hot Tools or Brushes.
Appointment Day:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, if you arrive excessively late, as courtesy to other clients, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged in full.
Children:
Children are not allowed to wait in the salon during any appointment. Please make arrangements prior to appointment.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the guest.
