To ensure brides have the best experience possible on their special day, an advanced appointment is required at least two weeks prior to the date of the wedding. A deposit for wedding party’s is required.

Policies:
First Time Bookings, Cancellations and Missed Appointments:
All first time guests are required to secure their appointment with a debit or credit card. As a courtesy to you, we will confirm your appointment two days before you are scheduled. Please give a 48 hour notice should you need to change your appointment. All no show appointments will be subject to payment in full of the service.
All clients with two or more same day cancellations or missed appointments will be asked to secure future appointments with a credit card and charged in full on future missed appointments.
Method of Payment:
Duncan Bros Salon accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Checks.
Lengthy + Multiple services:
Any bookings spanning 2.5 hours or longer, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Duncan Bros Salon client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged in full for services booked.
Refunds:
We have a NO FEFUND policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary modifications with the same service provider within 14 days of the completion pending management approval. Requesting a different stylist may result in additional charges depending on level and experience.

Products:
Any unopened product may be returned for full purchase price withing 30 days. Open and used product may be returned for store credit at 75% of original purchase price.

Appointment Day:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service, if you arrive excessively late, as courtesy to other clients, we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged in full.
Children:
Children are not allowed to wait in the salon during any appointment. Please make arrangements prior to appointment.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is customary for good service and is left to the discretion of the guest.
